Internal communication has always been something that is poorly managed in many companies. Yet internal communication is an essential component of marketing strategies that are successful in the long term. When employees feel fully informed and speak well of the company among themselves, this comes across positively to customers and partner companies.

Successful internal communication can never be a “top down” solution. It has to be developed in cooperation with the employees – and they need to accept it, and embrace it.
